This is the best service in town at fair prices. Everywhere else I tried before they will try to rip you off. Fast friendly and courteous staff, will be back any time I have problems with my mobile devices.
(Got my iPhone 4 screen replaced after a fall shattered the screen)
Called for a quote on an iPod touch 4g headphone jack. The man there told me the headphone jack had to be soldered in- which isnt true, its a plug in component. I was quoted 140.00. I pointed out that I saw a youtube video that showed the jack simply plugged into the board...they still disagreed.
Anyways, I sent it in to a website that operates locally and had it back in 2 days. The repair cost 59.99 through the website, and they confirmed that it was not a part that required soldering.
I understand that this place has overhead to pay for, but they shouldn't have to lie to customers to cover it. If it wasn't a lie, it was ignorance and that's just as bad. Not impressed.

Originally I had gone to Best Buy to try and get my screen fixed. They told me they wouldn t fix it and I need to buy a new phone with the ticket price of $350 so I walked 1000 feet to 10,000 cell phones and they took my phone with no issues and fix it and less than an hour. Thank you $10,000 cellphones
Not OEM parts, they don't know how to explain and they do it after apparent repairs... you'll probably loose money. Just don't mess up your phone...

One of the WORST places I've ever gotten a phone fixed/repaired/looked at. I'll give them the one star because the employees were nice in the beginning, the first time I brought my phone here. I've had to bring my phone back a total of three times now to have the screen replaced due to issues with the screen not working. The first time I took my phone in, I went in with my fingerprint scanner working and left with it not working. I had it fixed and now the third time I've brought my phone in today to have the defective screen replaced AGAIN, I am leaving AGAIN with a fingerprint scanner that DOES NOT WORK. They refuse to do anything about it. AT ALL. No discount, no fixing it, NOTHING. I am furious!! So, if you want everything to work on your phone after you get a screen replaced... do not take it here cause who knows what might be wrong with it when you leave with it. I repeat, DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE.

Great experience. Most important thing is that they don't try to con your money. They were very honest and straightforward with me. My iphone 6's screen was badly shattered and they were able to fix it in 45 minutes.

Horrible company , brought two iPhone 6 in on two different dates, they were same size memory same everything .. on one day my IPhone 6 was worth 100$ a week later only worth 30$ . They were not willing to help at all . Worst place every they over charge you when office Max will replace ur screen for 25% cheaper , than this horrible company. Never coming here again

I have learned my lesson after cracking the screen on my myTouch 4g multiple times. By coming to 10,000 Cellphones, I was able to $ave instead of going through insurance and paying the $150 deductible! As an added benefit, I didn t have to go through a lengthy claim process. These guys had my screen replaced in under an hour (to which I took full advantage of by going to clean my car down the street at Blue Water Express)! My phone feels like it s in better working condition than it was before. Great quality of service. I recommend checking these guys out for any of your cell phone repair needs.
