Omg! Thank God for 10k cellphones. I was visiting from out of town and shattered my phone. I walked in at 10am and had a brand new replaced screen in less than 45mins. The tech even suggested, and installed tempured glass protection. So now my phone is shatter proof. All of that for a grand total of $110. You can't beat that! One day daddy's little girl decided it would be funny to drop my precious iPhone on to the pavement. As soon as it landed I knew the inevitable had occurred. The front glass was completely shattered. To make matters worse I had a scheduled flight the next day and I was not going to depart without a cell phone. I called a couple of places around town and 10,000 Cellphones had the best price and offered to complete the repair within the hour. The phone was repaired on time and the quality of the parts used appear to be on par with the original. They even threw in a complimentary cell phone case because they saw how battered my current case was!
I am hoping (for my daughters sake) that I never need to get my phone repaired ever again. But if and when I do, I know exactly where to go!

I recently had a great experience. I found a permanent mark on the screen of my iPhone 6 Plus. I was referred to 10,000 cell phones on Atlantic by a friend and Michael immediately looked at my phone and said it was most likely due to water damage. He told me what to expect and warned me of possible future functional issues if the battery had water damage too. In less than 40 minutes, I had a brand new screen with a screen protector to boot! I went in to get my iPhone's shattered screen fixed. When j got it back the screen would randomly turn black and I would have to lock it and unlock it again. So I got it repaired the second time and somehow the screen calibration got thrown of (I would touch A and W would come up). Finally, when I locked the screen there was still a faint light still on. Im sorry to say the repair job my phone was less than satisfactory, I would take my business elsewhere.

Came in to replace my white note 5 with a cracked screen. The staff was very kind and patient with me after calling several times to check on my parts. Not only did they do a complete blue swap, they also replaced the frame and threw in a glass screen protector. Very pleasent experience, all oem parts, and fast turnaround.

Great place to fix your phone at! I dropped my iPhone 4 and cracked my screen. I didn't know what to do until I searched for cellphone repair shops on google and 10,000 cellphones appeared first. I live closer to the Arlington location and man they were very helpful! 80 bucks to fix your iPhone 4 screen I'll take that! Pretty much my experience here was the best! They even played a movie to kill the wait time. Great place and nice people to be around with!

Ok so I went there and got my screen replacement and I thought everything was good but then I noticed my phone battery was jumpin out the roof and dying tremendously fast and I really don t appreciate it because I wasted money so I had to buy another phone through insurance

Took my perfectly working iPhone 7 to have the cracked screen replaced. Walked away 2 hours later with a nightmare. Home button is not working properly. Now what...went to the wells road location because I live in Fleming Island and only went to the Atlantic location because I was training in that area they tried to fix it but were unable due to whatever they did at Atlantic location. Which let me state that the wells raf location assess your phone and gives you a detailed sheet of what is wrong with you device. Atlantic location does nothing of the such but take your money and say come back in a hour and a half. Needless to say I m upset and looking for some resolve. I would prefer to not waste a half day of my life repairing my phone due to the neglect of another. Any suggestions or advice????

These guys are great! I brought in an old iPhone 3GS that wouldn't charge. They gave a free diagnosis and estimate. The charger port was replaced for $21.40 including the part and the phone is back to life.
First thing I have to say is i love their back wall. It s like a walk down memory lane. But best prices in town and best customer service. The lady Charlene was so sweet.
