Not great. I do have a new G2 so I didn't expect a perfect job but the tech that fixed my cracked screen looked like they took a hacksaw to the edges of the case to get the glass to fit. The case was returned to me not completely closed and still can't close it completely. And now the glass plate is popping out. I priced the part to do it myself and that ranged from 20-40 bucks at most. Yet I was quoted 150 dollars but charged over 160 dollars for the work. That is well over 100 bucks an hr for labor! Next time I will just do it myself. I don't mind paying for experience but that is not what I got and it was too overpriced. The pros to this place are that I didn't have to wait on the part and the service was very fast. Disapointed : (
