My experience with this company is the worse encounter that I have ever experienced! I went to this company seeking repairs for my phone. Originally, they told me that it was my battery. They provided me with a battery exclaiming that this would fix the problem. I went on with my day, and the phone had the same problem reoccur. I informed them and they asked me to bring the phone back, but they would need it for a few hours. I did just that and went back to the location hours later. They then told me that there was a bigger issue with my phone and now they would need $50 extra and 2 weeks for repairs. I had reservations; however, I agreed to trust them with my phone once again. Tomorrow makes 3 weeks and I still am out of a phone. I called and spoke to management and explained that I'm from a distant area with a mother in the hospital as well as a one year old. The gentlemen said that he could not give me a date of when my phone would be ready, but he would make some calls and call me back. No surprise, he didn't! The next day they left my fiance a voicemail saying that they still don't have a date, but my phone is back on it's way to their location. I provided them with a phone number at point of sale and throughout this process they have only reached out to me once, after I contacted them for the second time in regards to my phone. This is my first experience using a repair company instead of going through my mobile carrier. However, due to this disgusting and totally unprofessional experience, I will NEVER use a phone repair company again!!
