I went in for a replacement battery on my Pixel 1. I was warned that the screen could break during the replacement, which would cost an additional $80 to fix. Despite my being from out of state (I showed them my driver's license) and having no likelihood of ever having further business from me, my screen did not break. It is so refreshing to find honest people doing such great work quickly (1 hour to replace after the battery came in the next day). 5 star rating (plus another star for integrity =D ).
