Avoid at all costs! My husband and I lived in one of their Northlake units for a year, 2014-2015. The apartment itself was subpar, at best, with shoddy construction. Dealing with Janko was an absolute nightmare; they are a horrible company to rent from and it is evident that they are nothing more than slumlords. Save yourself the headache, aggravation, and your money--do NOT rent from Janko.
