Leshirl Burris was the best, very polite and professional. I just loved her vibe and her will to help get me and my kids a place. I recommend anyone go to her to try to get a place.

Renewal process was a breeze!! I love Mrs. Burris (the new property manager) she s awesome, come and see the property and inquire about moving in!

Unfortunately, I was unable to rent from the apartment complex, but I have nothing but incredible things to say about Ms. Leshirl Burris. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. I truly appreciated meeting her today.

Great place to live. Quiet, alot of green. Having a balcony is a plus. The landlord keeps the grounds up to keep the complex looking good. The only thing I would want the company to add to the complex is more amenities, ( i.e. Gym, a pool or more stuff added to the playground for the children ). I will settle for a gym lol.

My experience at Cardinal Pointe was very pleasant. The property was well-maintained, quiet, and clean. I especially liked the layout of our two bedroom unit. It was spacious and the carpet was clean/new. (A "pet peeve" of mine). The manager, Martie Jackson, was accommodating and helpful. My husband and I had one incident with our neighbors (white couple) to which Martie enforced the rules of the property immediately and without incident. We would highly recommend.

I have been living at Cardinal Pointe for a year now, my experience has been very good. Manager Kelly, is very kind and considerate of the residents. She's always willing to to help the new residents find the information they need to navigate in a new place.
Also the maintenance staff are efficient and courteous, getting around to repairs in a timely manner. I give all the staff two thumbs up!!! Great job!!!

Cardinal Pointe Apts was a move I'm so grateful for! I moved here from Charlotte, North Carolina and have lived here for a year. I love my apartment and neighborhood. The rent is cheaper than Charlotte and the price in addition to the amenities you CANNOT and will not find a better deal! Thank you Kelly and Edison for your professionalism, hard work and willingness to help any way that they can. They make a phenomenal team and I appreciate all that you both do to make living here a pleasure!

The property manager is very rude and prejudice toward her residents. She never does anything for the residents to show her appreciation and she is never in the office and she uses retaliation on her residents which is very much illegal. She sucks as a landlord

They had an apartment available and i needed something asap.They never answer the phone or return your phone calls. I even went to the place and no one is ever in the office. I asked residents do they ever be in the office or return phone calls and the answer is no! How you post apartments available but you never at the office?

Cordial at first meet,
and through process.However, dissatisfied at results.Paid security ,qualified for a unit,transferred utilities only to be told i didn't qualify on key pick up after paid transfer and deposit .However, to this day it was an addressed calculation error and I stand to this day a 3k less than qualify amount.Was offered a higher rent unit and lead on until supposedly deposit expired.I lost money.I would not recommend.Some ammenities aren't available .It's basic playground.

I'm very satisfied with Cardinal Pointe. It's a comfortable and clean environment that I would recommend to anyone in the Rock Hill area. It's also in a convenient location.

My dad live in Cardinal Pointe for 6 years without any problems. The manager now is not honest and She tells you one thing and do the opposite of what she says....You have noisy neighbors that tell lies all the time and tell your busy to the front office keeping up mess....Carinal Pointe was a nice place until the new manager came.... We put everything in God hands to work it out....God bless...

The apartments are nice on the outside and the grounds are kept very nice. However, the apartments are old and outdated inside.

This was one of the worst places I have stayed. Becky Rhodes I totally agree managements is such LIARS. The property won't be better until they get new property manager on board.

My experience here at Cardinal Pointe has been very pleasant, peaceful and quiet. I'm going into my second year here, a few of my neighbors have been here well over five years.

I love the layout of my apt. It's very spacious and I love my walk in closet!! The grounds are beautiful and very well kept.

The apartments are nice, spacious and clean. Ms. Burris the property manager is awesome. She is very patient, understanding and informing of the process. I reccomend anyone to come by.

This is not a place for any African Americans.its very racist including property manager Marty b Johnson.i just suggest any African American who is still on property needs to leave,and anyone wanting to move there.......DONT.saving you aggravation.the apts are not worth what there asking as far as price.there full of mold,and some full of roaches.please steer far from cardinal point apartments.im telling you what I know.....AND YOU WILL NOT GET UR DEPOSIT BACK.
