Attending for my sister-in-law's 28th birthday party, I had high expectations. Though the food didn't disappoint I was taken aback by finding a PIECE OF PLASTIC in their CERVICHE. Upon notifying management, I was appalled by their apathy. They said that they didn't have anything in the back kitchen that looked like the plastic piece I nearly cracked a tooth on. They made no motions to remedy the encounter. The manager I spoke with did his utmost to avoid eye contact with me after that. Arrogant. I should have just choked on the damn thing and slapped these people with a real law suit.

This was my second visit to this restaurant. The first visit was great.

This second visit everything was great until the waiters were obviously having some kind of spat with each other. One even came to the table and knocked over a glass of water and walked away leaving the other to clean it up. He didn't even apologize or attempt to help when he knocked it over. Everyone at the table saw it and my husband's lap got wet.

The next day I had fraudulent charges on my debit card. Of course, there's no way to know where this originated from, but it's just something to take note of.

I must say my husband has been to two of these Brazilian steakhouses, one in Brazil and one in Ft. Lauderdale. He had been asking to try this one, so when we got a Groupon for Wednesday night only, I decided we must do it. We spent $78 for dinner for 2 including a bottle of wine or 4 cocktails and a shared dessert. We got the 4 cocktails, I had 2 Margaritas which were good, and my husband had 3 of the Brazilian cocktail which he liked and 1 White Russian which he stated was not very good. I was not impressed with the salad bar. However, their take on Ceviche was very tasty, but not as spicy as I've had before. Their black beans and rice were not very special.
I gave the food and service a very good rating due to the meat. There were about 10 tables filled and the "gauchos" were right on the ball. There were only 2 working but anything our side of the room wanted they went into the kitchen and got. My husband was a little dissappointed they didn't have roasted chicken hearts, but all the beef products from flank, to the fillet, to the rumb roast and even the chicken and amazing parmesean pork and shrimp made up for it. I will say it is pricey for a struggling family of 4. I'm glad we didn't bring our toddlers and also would not get the $9.50 drinks again. However if you like beef, this is the place for you. I ate at least 20-30 oz of different meats (most beef). They all melted in your mouth and were just cooked to a perfect rare -to- medium-rare perfection. If you have the money this is definitely a carnivore's dream date night.
I must also say I was pleased to see they had live entertainment, which I wasn't expecting on a week day. He was an excellent singer and had a wide variety of music to sing, and his guitar playing was wonderful.

Absolutely disappointed with the service and the food. For the type of money you pay here you are much better off going to Chima in Fort Laud. or Texas de Brazil, they are 100 times better and the service is second to none. The server was completely rude and ignored us several times. My wife asked him a couple of questions about the cuts and he got frustrated saying Well you want a piece or not so I can keep moving along . For the quality of the food and service this is a $20 per person Restaurant if THAT!!! But lesson learned I will keep driving south for much better dining experience SIGH!

Rodizio was horrible, one waitress for all the tables, questions were not answered, discount of 20% did not happened because was a different manager onsite.Meat stopped coming and we did not get a lot of it and when came was cold and tasteless.
I will not recommend and I will not go back. Even the drinks weren't made the same way. It seems that they were skimping on the food. maybe they will be closing their doors soon.

Admission is 40 per person. A little steep, but the food is incredible. Ignore the half hearted reviews. The meat was delicious, wine list is massive, around 7 o clock they have a singer guitarist come in who is a great musician and fantastic guy. He serenaded us on our anniversary. Highly recommend this great restaurant.

After a year, we dine in this restaurant to see if things have change. We were surprised that all of their staff were great on that night. The foods are tasty and enjoyed every minute of our stay in this restaurant. The owner was very much concern about our experience on their services. A two thumbs up!

Poor food and no comparison to other brazilian steak houses. Lower grade meat cuts, improperly cooked, and a sad salad bar. To add insult to injury, the live music (who must have been working only for tips) gave us the evil eye and looked at his tip jar on the way out...

Easily the worst Brazilian steakhouse experience we've ever had. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. We got more pineapple rotated to us than meats, all of which were overcooked and cut badly

I was at Gol about 5 yrs ago for a company Christmas party, but this is my first time as a regular customer. My boyfriend and I found a Groupon and decided to try it out. I saw a lot of negative reviews but many are commenting on the seasoning and quality of meat. From what I understand, the Brazilian meat is seasoned with sea salt and served rather rare. They serve a variety of cuts of meat but the sirloin is different than we are used to. It does have a strip of fat on the edge but that is what keeps the meat moist and tender when you grill it and does not mean the meat is inferior. I urge people to keep an open mind when trying new foods and educate themselves on the style of cooking before trying it so you are getting what you expect instead of comparing it to what you know. I noticed that the meats are not spicy but I did NOT find them over salty as some comments suggested. I enjoyed several medium-rare selections but also found some cuts were medium-well to well. I am sure if you voice your wellness preference they will accommodate you or you can simply pass on the rarer selections.

We went light on the salad bar in anticipation of the meat but I will say that the salad bar was fresh and well maintained and included salad, cheese, pasta, coleslaw, eggplant, some seafood selections, other meats, as well as rice, beans, soup, and various other items. A vegetarian would find some things to eat, but as they specialize in meat, I don t think it would be the best veggie experience.

As far as the service, it did seem a little disorganized when we arrived but all of the servers were very friendly and accommodating. We had several people check in on our table during the dinner to make sure everything was OK. We were there on a Sunday and there was live entertainment and some karaoke which I did not expect, but there were families there and people seemed to enjoy it. Overall it was a good experience, especially at the discounted rate we had with our Groupon, and it was something different from the norm.
