Totally impressed with the Duluth Pack service group!
When my daughter needed immediate repairs (on the canvas backpack she has used since 1999) before she left for Switzerland, they kindly took the bag in at their Duluth factory for special 1 hour turn-around. The life-time warranty coverage is amazing. Office manager Nancy Peaslee and repair wizard Tracie Salo could not have been nicer or more accommodating.
The backpack has been busy visiting many countries and is now good to go for many more.
