I was a camper there when I was a kid. It was the best time of my life. It s forever in my heart. I hope to visit again someday. The camp owners are the nicest people and treat everyone like family. Thanks Charlie.

If you want your son to grow up and learn how to become a man, this is the place. Camp Voyageur builds character in a way that no sport, afterschool program, or any other camp can. Kids have to learn how to work together, carry their own weight, and get along with others -- for it is crucial to a successful trip into the wilderness. The veteran counselors at Camp Voyageur serve as role models and are able to reach kids in a way that most people can't. By being electronic free and stripped of most societal pressures, kids thrive at CV. I wish my parents sent me to CV when I was younger. - CV Camp Counselor

It's an incredible experience going up to the North woods for a month or more at a time. it may seem scary at first but it dosn't take long for it to become like a second home for you. After going to camp for 5 years now I find myself counting the days until I get to go back to camp not the other way around. But all in all it's an amazing experience and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who might be looking for a great summer camp in the North woods :)

We just spent an off-season weekend visiting With Charlie and the Erdmann family. What a beautiful place. Rustic in the best possible way. Their dedication to this camp is palpable. Wish my sons weren t all grown up.
