Great selection and friendly, courteous service... found several things I needed... the only issue was the Cavender's gift card that was bought for me would not work..

I honestly didn t like the shopping experience here. My boyfriend was buying his first pair of nice boots and we decided we would go look around. The associate that helped us was very persuasive trying to make us buy the most expensive boots which were ugly. He was following us around even after we said we didn t need help. It was uncomfortable, it felt like we had to whisper so the associate didn t Hear our conversation. My boyfriend ended up liking a pair of white and brown Justin boots and they happened to have a small 20% off during the time of purchase. I feel like the associate was kind of mad we bought something that was one sale instead of full price. Anyway after maybe a day or two of wearing them, I noticed they were ripping at the bottom where the sole attaches to the boot. And so we went to exchange them and this circle of associates gathered around and looked at the boots and INSISTED they were fine. One associate even stated I can walk to New Jersey and back with those boots on and they would have no rips .... honestly it felt like they were trying to make us look dumb. I had to get an attitude with them until they finally allowed us to exchange the boots. Im not trying to sound ignorant BUT I felt like the associates were trying to take advantage of the fact that we were young and also of color. They knew it was our first time shopping for boots and they wanted us to either buy the most expensive, and since we bought from the selection they had on sale they didn t want to let us exchange for new ones after they started ripping. Definitely not going back there again, we ended up liking Boot barn over on Gilmer road and we have since moved our business there. They have way better customer service!

Walked in and received help immediately from a very nice and helpful lady. Was able to find everything we needed quickly and was out out of the. All the staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Thanks for the experience.

Lady helping was really trying to be helpful but could not seem to find the size boot I was looking for before I could. Manager, or so I'm assuming, the tall cowboy looking man, made a very unnecessary comment that was completely out of place and wrong most of all. They don't offer price match with the Army Navy store. Boots I bought we're in fact $10 cheaper at the Army Navy store. They have a big selection of boots. Most of which just seem to be reprints in different colors.

Had exactly what I wanted at a good price. Nice people.

Great selection, but staff pounce on you as soon as you enter the door. Several staff members asked if I needed help within minutes of arriving. You're not helping - you're making me uneasy and I don't make good buying decisions when I'm on edge. Quit stalking your customers and maybe your reviews will improve.

Good over-all western wear/accessory store. They have a pretty good selection of boots, including a few Luchesse, which are my favorite. Prices are what you'd expect for quality items but if you're a frugal shopper you can find better prices on some things in other stores or online. We shop here fairly often and definitely recommend checking them out.

Brought a pair of boots Friday and Saturday the heal of the boot came off.while I was in the store this one lady followed me around like a dog looking at me as if I was going to steal something. Worst experience ever. Never ever will I shop here again.

Good service but didn't have the selection in women's steel toe boots like I thought they would have nor the size I needed in the pair I decided to settle for so I ended up with lace ups and that's what I didn't want but had to get. They really need a better selection for women to be able to choose from

Best place to buy boots, jeans, belts western wear!

Bought a pair of Justin work boots here. The soles came apart within 6 weeks. Took them back and Cavender's would not help me at all. Had to send them back to Justin and have them replaced. They informed me that Cavender's should have taken care of the problem. Also, the salesmen here don't wanna help you. They just wait till you find what you want and they wanna carry it to the front for you so they can get commission for doing nothing.

What a bunch of idiots! Worst experience ever buying boots! My son drove an hour to pick up boots I had ordered & paid for on the day we were told they would be in. He was told they were not there. He gets home & misses a call from the store & when he calls back nobody can tell him why they called. I call this morning & the woman was clueless. Was basically told she would have to search through every bin & try to find them. When I asked to speak to the gentleman who helped me, I was put on hold for quite sometime & then low & behold they found them. Never got to speak with Scott like I asked. I would drive 200 miles to go somewhere else before using this store ever again. Now another hour trip to go get the boots!!!!!!

Big selection of boots to choose from. Usually what they have on the shelves is what's in the back. Nothing more nothing less. Went in to buy a friends boyfriend's a pair of boots (with said friend ) and found the perfect pair after 30 minutes of looking at different styles and colors.

Nice staff, very well stocked and very clean. Everyone was wearing masks to keep the staff and customers safe. Of your looking for western or work clothing this is the place to get it!

I love everything about Cavenders. The smell of leather, the sections seprated conveniently. Theres only two things...i always feel like i am being watched. The ladies ask you repeatedly if you need help. I dont get to look like i want...i am shirt and all their pants are long, but sometimes i get lucky but i need time to search for the pants, but i feel rushed everytime....never fails...please order more 29/30 in length...so many women i have heard saying this while there.

Horrible place. They sold me used boots. And when I went back to exchange they called me a liar to my face.

I like the store and all the stuff they sale. BUT the sales associates follow you around constantly. You cant turn around without one following you. It's a little uncomfortable if I need help I'll ask. That's the only thing that keeps me from coming there often

I've been shopping here for 25 years now, folks are eager to help eager to please , good country atmosphere , only place I buy my boots .

So disappointment! We came looking for a pair of nice boots for me and there was this older gentlemen that kept asking us if we needed help. I kept telling him no at the moment because at the point we did not needed it because we were looking. He would stand there just looking at us or followed us around like if we were gona steal something idk I felt really awkward. Even my 7yr old said mommy why is that men following us? Like seriously!! Then whenever we needed his help he would approach with this attitude like if he was tired of being there and like if he wanted us to go away. So Rude!! He really wanted me to take some boots I did not felt comfortable and he kept telling that those were the ones! Which were not they felt small on my feet! With that said we left with no boots! Perhaps they should make a change on the pple that work there!
