I worked with Robert for two weeks looking for apartments. He reminded me often about putting down the non refundable move in fee to hold the unit.(Thank GOD I did not) After deciding to rent a unit I went to the Oak Park office where I was told the unit price I was given was wrong. Robert is new and gave you the wrong rent price. I was very disgusted to say the least. Here I am with a cashiers check ready to move in. No apology just a do you want it or not? I was super inconvenienced. Janko does bad business.
