The property itself is good and so is the location...

The property itself is good and so is the location but I feel forced to move to another property purely because of the attuide of the staff.

I live in a 2 bed share and simple things like can I be made aware of when viewings are happening or even when someone is moving in go completely unheard, to the point where someone moves in and the first I hear of it is as I'm woken up from my sleep to noises downstairs.

And when I requested a call back about this, they called and immediately said we don't need to tell you, the law doesn't say we need to make you aware when it should be common courtesy especially when your in the house on your own.

Every conversation had with them feels like a battle, it just feels as if they are working against you rather than with you. But the funny thing is that they seem nice at first but once you move in and they have what they want there whole attitude changes.

I could go into so much detail, but simply put just avoid them because tenants will feel so bad that they have to move out and Landlords will miss out on money while they find new tenants so it's just a lose lose for everybody.
