In N Out Burger Reviews

It was so nice to visit the original In N Out! They staff, as always, was super friendly. The service was super quick. We loved their outside wating area. It was very pretty and relaxing. We wish we wouldn't have visited on a Sunday though, visiting the corporate store would have been pretty great.

My son and husband can eat these hamburgers every day.

Came for a cheeseburger and chocolate shake went to the drive thru. My only issue is for more napkins. That was the juiciest cheeseburger. So delicious!

It was okay. They have a secret menu? I didn't learn of it until after I ordered. Stupid huh? The atmosphere was overly compact. The service was timely. Staff was friendly and clean on the inside. Outside all of California has been sad. I have never seen so much trash.

First time in California and delighted to discover that In-N-Out Burger lives up to the hype!

Simple menu, fresh ingredients (watching them dice up and fry the potatoes is a kick) and clean, relaxed atmosphere made for a pleasant dining experience.

Brittany and the rest of the staff who served us went above and beyond.

This is the flagship store and you can tour a replica of the ORIGINAL In-N-Out Burger right across the highway

The only reason for the four star review is that we were traveling through with a small child and found no changing areas in the rest room.

Definitely worth pulling off here for a quick bite. They even have a mercy store and some type of university /office building.

In and out is always busy as was the case when I entered today. Staff were friendly and promptly greeted and took care of my order. Waited for about 10 minutes for my food and during that time the staff engaged other customers and kept everything moving. There was friendly conversation and when asked for something and they immediately took care of it. I had a double-double with grilled onions and it was awesome hot and fresh. The fries were just as I like them a little crispy with a little salt. Definitely delicious!

Quality food, good stuff, good service very professional very clean around restaurant and the price is reasonable.

Still terribly disappointed with In-n-Out's service, even with a few calls to corporate there was no resolve. It seems like they just want to throw free food cards at you and not truly listen to your grievance. Plus the amount they wanted to give me on cards still wouldn't even cover what I paid for. I used to love this place hands down all the way especially since I moved here from Detroit. But customer service has dropped down a bit as in they don't cook your order correctly or cook the meat long enough. Ive gotten sick from under cooked meat twice now at two different locations. Yes I went to the hospital I did suspect the food the 2nd time so I took it with me and it turned out I did get food poisoning and was kept for 2nights in the hospital. You'd think corporate would want to remedy this instead of having to sue them , again just another simple solution to listen and have a real "power in charge person " get back to you, such a shame to need to go the litigation way, hey but enjoy them burgers, of course it'll never happen to you....until it does(but I pray it doesn't) you lost a family full of lifelong customers as all my 4kids &, wife got sick too so the whole family was in the hospital over under cooked meat.....ok that's all I've got to say about that

This is a great place! Everything is fresh and made the way you want it without waiting extra time .

Usually always packed inside but other then that always good food and fast.

This place never fails to to satisfy me. They even have free hot chocolate for kids when it rains.

Still the best burger I've been fortunate to taste.

Being from Ohio we don't have this chain here so when we are out west we make a point of stopping in a couple of times. Its kind of like an event. We go out west we eat at In_N_Out Burger. We love their tshirts too. Again being from Ohio it's a great conversation starter.

Best place to stop and have a cheeseburger. Being in Southern California is best to go outside and enjoy the weather. What else can I say about In-n-out?

Classic menu that rarely changes and the Fracisquito location has the best and only gift shop. This is definitely the In-N-Out to visit.

Great as always...this location (Baldwin Park, CA) has the company store/university as well. Worth the stop for any of the above!
