Had a great experience working with Dave and Alexis. I had been a stay-at-home mom for the last 11 years but they listened to my story and then guided me through the intimidating recruiting process. Most importantly, they coached me before every interview so that with each one I felt more confident and prepared. When a position didn t work out, they encouraged me to keep going. At the end of the process, I was hired by a reputable firm in my field. I m still there and happy that I called Northbound in the first place.
