I have emailed them a complaint regarding their staff who prank called me at 12.14AM on the evening i ordered a pizza. I only received an automated reply email. I have since e-mailed them twice for a reply/apology but till date(1 week +) there has been no response from them.Hopeless Customer Service!
Parking like a batman cave. Road marking is confusing and not enough. Bad parking payment machine.
It's not okey because thier cleanliness was not good enough and the service have to improve...staff have to be trained well to serve better...

The KFC HQ building in Petaling Jaya has a KFC fast food restaurant, tea life, grocery store, food court .... very comfortable parking under the building
