If I was able to give a 0 I would. I have waited ...

If I was able to give a 0 I would. I have waited on hold for over 1 hour to ask a question. I finally hung up and tried to call again and put my number in the call back prompt. Waiting, waiting, and waiting. Horrible customer service. I really don t think there is anyone there to answer a phone.
