Young lady was our salesperson and she went out of her way to help us find what we wanted and need in our price range! We highly recommend this place.

Very nice and professional people. A large selection of all types of flooring at a great price. The owner's name is Ron and his heart is as big as he is. I have been a customer of his for years. He has always treated me right. If you are looking for carpet I would check out Gettysburg carpet first.

Horrible customer service. Was called and notified that our trim was in..drove 40 minutes to pick up and was then told they couldn't find it. Drove back two more times....couldn't find it. Finally forced them to make the drive and deliver it on a Sat. because our contractor needed it to finish the job. Called 5 times after to see if we could return some of the unopened boxes of flooring. No returned phone calls. None. Finally was told that it was too late to make the return. Just Great.

They never got back with an estimate and i wasn't there today so don't have any opinion.

I would not recommend this place. We purchased carpet and vynl. The day before installation, they called and said not enough carpet for the rooms we needed done. We drove back, which is about 45 minutes one way, to select new carpet. No one apologized for the inconvenience. They would not order more of the carpet we initially selected so we settled for a different carpet. We were told that carpet could be put in all the rooms we needed done, but then the next day, we were contacted and informed we had to use up the portion of the old carpet we selected initially and rest of the rooms, which was two, could have the new carpet we selected. Terrible service and the ladies there are very rude.

They took out our prep floor and replaced it in about three hours. Very diligent, neat, and professional. The new floor looks wonderful. Reasonably priced too. Highly recommend.

Leaking roof, flooded bathroom made us rethink our purchase and go elsewhere

This place is AMAZING. Don't let the exterior fool you. It is HUGE, and they have the BEST deals. We got a quote of a place in Cincinnati for carpet and padding, it was $45,000. Ron did it w/labor for $22,000, it was the EXACT same carpet. We have a very nice home on a golf course,,,,,,we have used this company for EVERYTHING. Tile, granite carpet. etc. Their installers are professional, nice, clean up and come on time. We will always use Ron at Wholesale Carpet. And he has so much volume, that the inventory changes daily. You will NOT be disappointed.

DO NOT EXPECT GOOD SERVICE OR HONESTY ABOUT PRODUCTS. Worst customer service ever. Floor came up grout is cracked all over the kitchen. They came out and looked at the house - didn;t call back. Called again - came out - didn't call back again 2nd time. Called again 3rd time. Stated it was our fault due to pets. Despite no longer having pets and it continues to deteriorate. Did not remove the floor underneath, did not come back to reseal groutfor the INITIAL INSTALLATION Said white grout wouldn't stained with age. and waterproof Grout is stained despite cleaning lady coming regularly. Agreed to get a 3rd party from the manufacturer. Still waiting . This has been going on over a year. Still not resolved. Still no 3rd party..............
