We had a GREAT experience in buying office furniture from Dusty of Contract Furnishings! Everyone was very kind and helpful in picking out everything from office desks to chairs for our waiting room. Couldn't ask for a nicer group of young men who know how to make their customer feel Number One! We now know where to get nice used office furniture.

They were very helpful - providing samples, design renderings and knowledgeable suggestions to help with decisions. We had a tight deadline which they met. Delivery day went without any issues, their team was on time, quick and professional. They were great to work with!

I purchased two office chairs a few years ago. The cylinder in my chair started to fail. I contacted Ryan Olson and he responded within an hour...on a Sunday....with how to resolve this issue. He ordered a new cylinder and I picked it up at their local warehouse. He offered to come to my house and install it, I declined, he then provided detailed instructions on how to remove my failed cylinder and install the new cylinder. Everything worked and went according to how Ryan said it would with no issues. I have had excellent customer service experiences and this one is right up at the top. Thanks again Ryan! I would highly recommend Contract Furnishings.

My company is moving tomorrow to a larger space an...

My company is moving tomorrow to a larger space and we needed a couple of partition walls. I realize that is NOT a big order at all, but Cindy Lancey treated me professionally and bent over backwards to help me find just the right product. On Tuesday of this week, at 4PM, the mover that I had scheduled bailed on me. As you know, a move of any office, whether a large or a small office, can be cumbersome and takes a lot of organization of various parts like IT, telephone, utilities, movers, etc.
So, when I reached out to Cindy for a name of a mover, she stepped right in and actually made my problem become hers! I was shocked that she would do that for me and sincerely appreciated her help. She reached out to HEWD and they are actually able to take over our move (they had a move cancel on them so they were available for me) at such short notice.
I will never forget Cindy and Contract Furnishings for helping me out when I most needed help! And Cindy happily did it. I will always recommend your company (and Cindy!) to other businesses. I just wanted you to know what an amazing asset Contract Furnishings has with Cindy on your team!

My first dealing with Contract Furnishings and Kat...

My first dealing with Contract Furnishings and Kathy Roney could not have been better! I simply bought a desk chair, but Kathy treated me like a king would be sitting in it! She even took the chair to her house so it would be easier for me to pick up. Keep in mind, I had never met Kathy before, she just wanted to make sure I received my chair as fast and easy as possible. Great chair, and great service. What more could you ask for?

Would have loved to do business here. Called Monday and left a message, decided to call back today before I drove by on my lunch break. Was immediately hung up on, not asked to go on hold, not asked to leave a message. Instead just the sound of the phone slamming down. Great way to run a business.

I recently needed to purchase a chair for my home office. I contacted Contract Furnishing during lunch time and left a message. Kathy called me right back and invited me to come in. I was blown away at her professionalism and for the accommodation she allowed, which afforded me the time to choose the right chair. Kathy is knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient she even loaded the chair in my truck. I recently had back surgery, so she refused to allow my ego to get in the way of her loading it for me.
