Started going to Caroline's classes about 8 weeks ...

Started going to Caroline's classes about 8 weeks ago and I really love it!! She's an excellent teacher and the location of the pilates studio is great. No class is ever the same and I found that, as a total novice to pilates, there is never any pressure to push myself further than what I'm comfortable with. That said, I'm feeling super results from the classes already. I suffer quite a lot with various back problems but these classes are working a treat! I would highly recommend Caroline's classes to anybody who wants to strengthen their core in a really effective way. I always feel super relaxed after a class, and definitely intend to keep going!! Really professional set-up and Caroline herself is the epitome of the Pilates Lifestyle!

Caroline is a fantastic Pilates teacher. Her own physique is walking proof that it's good for you!! I have been taking the classes on and off for 6 years, I love that no 2 classes are ever the same. Caroline explains things so well and ensures that you are doing the exercises properly. I suffer with my back and since I went back to class this year I haven't had any problems - it's so good for core strength, flexibility and posture. Can't recommend the classes highly enough, am signed up for January already!

I started in Caroline's pilates class four weeks ago. I found as I was getting into my forties that the strength was going in my body a bit. I must say first and foremost that Caroline is a very gentle person. She will not push you in any way. You can go at your own pace.

The Monday night barre class is very good. You are moving to great music and literally every muscle was worked and we have a laugh when we are trying to coordinate.

I feel strong..... After a few classes.
I find the floor class then is also brilliant for the core. The breathing takes getting used to. But, I have used the breathing in other aspects of life too.

So to sum up. Give it a try. Work at your pace. Do something for yourself. I would highly recommend it. You won't be pushed. Fab fab place.,

Great place. Caroline is very professional, she is looking after everyone. I am taking classes for the past 7 years. I have been attending classes during my pregnancy and founded very helpful. Highly recommend.

Caroline is just a fantastic teacher and a really lovely person. She explains everything so eloquently and concisely. It's the first class I've ever gained immediate confidence. I'm in both her mattwork, reformer and I've tried Barre. I love them all most particularly reformer pilates is amazing. Pilates also has been giving me good relief with my back issues due to a car accident and I really do miss class when I cant get to class!

I have been doing pilates for years with Caroline....

I have been doing pilates for years with Caroline. I find it very beneficial for my back issues and it has strengthened my core. Caroline does a different series of exercises each week so you are never bored. You can go at your own pace and Caroline keeps an eye on everyone to ensure correct postures.

Caroline is brilliant!!! She really gets you to focus on what you can do and what the exercises should feel like. It makes the class enjoyable and beneficial. I wish I knew about the benefits of Pilates 10 years ago and I would still be playing GAA. I have 2 courses of the male Pilates completed and intend signing up again in the new year.

I have been going to Pilates classes with Caroline for years and can t recommend it highly enough. She changes the classes all the time so you never get bored and she is great at adapting exercises to suit each individual based on ability/injuries etc.

Last year I attended Carolines Pilates for Pregnancy Classes. Caroline was fantastic, she always gave 100% attention to ensure each exercise was being carried out correctly . I always felt great after the class and she ensured I was able to partake in the classes right up to the very end of my pregnancy. Without a doubt, these classes helped me through the birth and aided my recovery afterwards.

I have been doing Pilates for over a year now and I really feel the benefits. Caroline is great; especially when it comes to making up missed classes. I had never been able to commit to anything before due to shift work but Caroline is so understanding that I have made every one. I found been able to keep up bar Pilates and mat Pilates late into my pregnancy has helped keep me fit and active while expecting.

I started doing Pilates with Caroline about ten years ago and I have been hooked ever since! Caroline is an expert in her field and is constantly introducing new methods and techniques which make her classes dynamic and challenging - I can honestly say that I have never done the same workout twice in ten years! This year saw the introduction of the 'barre' classes to Caroline's timetable and it is truly amazing to see people becoming stronger and more lithe with each passing week.

Caroline is always energetic and professional - she never seems to have an 'off day'. Her sense of humour and easy way with people make the studio a friendly, relaxed and welcoming environment for everyone, from the absolute beginner to the athlete. There is a class suited to everyone at Pilates Lifestyle regardless of fitness level. Under Caroline's precise instruction and watchful eye Pilates will develop your core muscles and correct imbalances like no other sport can.

I would advise anyone to give Pilates Lifestyle a try. With so many different types classes and levels on the the timetable there really is something for everyone!

I started Barre Pilates recently with the drop-in summer classes. Wow, it's a great workout with all the Pilates principles. Just what I needed as I'm trying to lose weight but also need to tone up whilst I'm doing it. I've always been a pilates fan and normally prefer the one to one sessions however Caroline makes these easy classes to follow and they are really upbeat throughout. You finish knowing you've worked hard and done good for yourself. I've just signed up for next 10 classes so it must be good.

Highly recommended to all , fantastic workouts and variety of classes for all shapes , sizes and strengths. Caroline is a phenomenal lady and instructor , and has been superb during these uncertain times with zoom classes & reformer looking after us all , she s a breath of fresh air , she s inspirational and has proven that Pilates is so good for your body and just as importantly your mental health . Dungarvan is very lucky to have Pilates s Lifestyle on our doorstep

Caroline's Pilates classes are super. Every single class is different, interesting and the time flies. I really feel the benefit of doing this. Caroline is also excellent at making sure the exercises are being done properly with the correct technique and provides different levels to do exercises depending on ability. She is also very flexible about replacement classes if classes are missed.

I've been going to Caroline's classes for a few years now, and I don't consider them as 'classes' where you go for a few months and then give up. I consider them a lifestyle choice and one i would miss very much if i stopped. I love that Caroline walks around checking that everyone is doing the poses correctly.She is terrific at explaining what we need to be doinging, and I try to do as many of the Summer Drop In Classes as possible, as Summer is too long to be without them! I have even got my Husband started now. Thank you Caroline!

I would absolutely recommend Caroline's pilates class to anyone wanting to feel stronger and healthier. After each of my pregnancies it wasn't until I returned to Caroline's pilates that I felt I was getting back in good physical health. I also did classes with Caroline on the reformer after suffering a bulging disc. I really enjoyed working on the reformer and found greatly improved the condition of my back. Caroline's classes are always very enjoyable and I leave feeling stronger and motivated to do more.
