Products and services have historically been good. Many people purchase these products to allow you to store and fast forward through commercials. In the last year, Tivo has implemented a forced commercial watch prior to starting a show you've recorded. You can skip with another button push, but it's slow. You can request that this commercial be removed. I have done that 3 times now, yet the reenabled it, yet again. Took me 3 months to remove it the first time. It's ashamed that a failing company can't figure out how to keep their loyal base happy while in an effort to generate income without regard to customers.
