I have had an ongoing issue with the delivery of my newspaper, have called multiple times, and nothing has been done to rectify the situation. In addition, the three times I was actually able to speak to a representative, they were at a call center, NOT at the Star. Three times I asked to speak to a supervisor; twice I was disconnected, and the other time I was told I would receive a call back and did not. It doesn't seem to ME that give a hoot about "customer service."
