We rented a student house through Tetris for one year between 2015-2016. The house itself was actually very nice and well equipped, in a great location and lovely street.

However, Tetris UK were absolutely awful.

We didn't get any correspondence throughout the tenancy due to them having the wrong email addresses even though we told them the correct ones several times. When things went wrong such as mould and malfunctioning basins, they made us fix it ourselves, even though their promoted "in-house maintenance team" should have fixed it.



Overall a very bad experience with Tetris, I would advise the landlord using another agency to avoid further dissatisfied tenants as a result of their incompetency. Do not use Tetris.
