We have paid for service for over a year and NEVER ONCE received the news papers! Every month there is a debit in our acount. When you call the number, it goes to the Philippines! They cannot find our phone number but for our address, it comes up with the previous owners names (who is dead)! Sounds like FRAUD to me!
