Yet another delivery missed. (Or placed so that could be stolen...DESPITE numerous requests/complaints as to placement---including NOT on the roof). It might just be time for the BBB or IN Attorney General or an Investigative News Reporter (not affiliated with the Star org) to investigate the citizens of Indianapolis being ripped off.
I betcha when it's time for that (anticipated) holiday tip...we ACTUALLY receive the paper
