Very accommodating and helpfull, nothing seems to be a problem and they're very patient and curtious, I'd recommend trussle every time, and Orla is an absolute delight, she makes the process of a mortgage very simple and is always there with help on hand!

I thoroughly recommend Trussle, particularly to people who, like us, don't know where to start and the whole mortgage finding and application feels quite scary.

They made it all simple and were always ready with answers to our questions.

A genuine review of why you shouldn't use Trussle.

1. I submitted a joint mortgage application with my partner yet Trussle failed to include me in all emails. Frustrating because I felt constantly in the dark.

2. Incredibly slow - at times we waited weeks for a response from either the case manager or the mortgage adviser. We had to chase them on updates etc - exactly what you don't want to do.

3. They provided our potential mortgage lender the wrong address of the property we planned on buying resulting in the surveyor almost viewing the wrong property. No apology was given.

4. When I asked the case manager to call us as we had concerns, she refused to and instead wanted us to tell her what the issue was over email.

5. From mortgage application submission to outcome, it took almost a month.

Trussle operate as a start-up so expect very little. I lost confidence in them a couple of weeks in but my partner is an early adopter so wanted to see what they were about. Unfortunately, I do not recommend them and think you should stick to local mortgage brokers or others e.g. London and Country.

I had dealings with someone called stephanie Burke. Apparently shes a manager. Unprofessional, immature, pathetic fool. I wouldnt deal with this company with a barge pole. The most incompetent people ever. Beware! Do not wast your time!!!

It was quite a labour to do all the Trussle input. They asked for more information than Habito , And they did not ask key information. To be honest, their system was not geared to customers like me. But I did get a sense that there were real people involved, whereas in Habito, it seemed 100% AI driven.
What killed it for me was they kept sending emails asking for more information, information I had already supplied. I kept asking to phone me, and then they replied with another email. This failure to make contact earns a nul point . So I am not confident that they could handle what is a very expensive and sensitive matter buying a property. And it was not as if I were asking for a huge amount of money.
(p.s. And I m not the kind of reviewer that relishes giving 1 star.

The whole process was very quick with some great deals and options given to me. I would not hesitate in recommending to my friends

These guys pretty much told me that my partner and I wouldn't be accepted for a mortgage and to try again later in the year. (I am self employed and within the last two months had started a new job, my partner also worked two jobs). Went elsewhere and got a mortgage offer within a week, the new mortgage advisor told me there's a bit of extra paperwork with the two jobs and some people don't like doing it!!

After a re-mortgage is approved they simply don t get involved in chasing up the new mortgage lender to complete everything and not do they give regular updates. Given the amount of time I spent so far doing the chasing the new lender and still am, this broker gives me no value add and I won t be recommending them until they ensure my re-mortgage is fully completed on time.
Update: the mortgage completion was significantly delayed and mortgage was completed with the wrong term due to mistake by this broker so my overall review stays the same.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company they made the journey very easy and they were friendly helpful and supportive

Second year running I ve used Trussle. First year was to get a mortgage. Two years on was to renew our mortgage. Both times were very simple, quick and professional. Considering this service costs nothing... You will lose out on the free advice and knowledge if you go straight to the banks. Thank you trussle for everything! See you on our next remortgage.

Sorted my remortgage in just a few weeks. Much easier than I thought was going to be.

Extremely let down by trussle. Made an application with an advisor, submitted all documentation and lender declined the application. I was not given any information why and trussle broker just wished me good luck in moving forward. Did not even have the courtesy to help find another lender. What a waste of time!!!

Easy to use, free and fast. Made my remortgage a simple process.

Cracking product offering. Trussle provided access to products that I would have otherwise never have considered or known were on the market. I re-mortgaged using Trussle and there were clear benefits compared to sticking with my existing mortgage provider at the time. Savings made through introductory offers outweighed the transaction costs. The system is slick and easy to use, and reduces the burden of providing hard copies of numerous documents to a mortgage provider. Would certainly recommend.

I was dealt with efficiently from the outset and given a choice of potential lenders without having to trawl through multiple sites.
Once my lender was selected there were a few subsequent issues with documentation and the total amount that could be borrowed. However Joe and Giacomo provided suitable advice at every stage and helped move things forward to a successful completion.
I've already recommended Trussle to other friends looking for a new mortgage deal.

Applied on behalf of my mum, I didn t actual finish the application online when I decided to use another companies services. I emailed them and they are making it such a big hassle to delete the account profile that s not even fully finished. Unbelievable!

The problem with any of these online brokers is you don't see the deals and go through the true cost. It may be quick to get some initial figures but you still have to do a load of form filling. Ultimately whichever way you go the lenders need certain paperwork and people are deluded to think otherwise. A face to face broker will spend the time far more cost effectively doing this all for you plus provide ongoing support to completion of the property purchase.. All these so called savvy guys forget they are buying a property not a mortgage debt and if you cut corners you get you what you deserve.

I applied for a buy to let mortgage via TRUSSLE and BILLY did a great job spending lot of time with me putting all the paperwork to gather to make sure my application go through with out any issue and then ALEX uploaded my application and kept me posted with all the further process and finally Ashleigh kept me posted with survey and my application for the mortgage approved etc it was a very good team work by TRUSSLE and I am very happy with what they have done for me-CHEERS GUYS

I think this mortage intermeadiary company are good at providing a mortgage search service but they could do with giving constuctive advice if a client is turned down for a mortgage.

They did help by helping by pointing me in the right direction because they mentioned the type of morgage I would need and so I gave them a 5* because they don't charge a fee too, otherwise it would have been a 4* if fees were to be appled.

I found a mortgage myself after the refusal by Trussle. However the fanancier said I would have to come back when my income improved, which was constructive advice by the actual bank.:-) T.

I d be happy to recommend Trussle to anyone who is considering starting the frustrating process of buying a property. Prakash and Stephanie were knowledgeable and helpful throughout and I felt comfortable following their advice.

Complete joke from start to finish.from having to send documents twice due to a admin error to saying he have a deal for you then 2 days later we don't.6 weeks of hassle and stress.if anyone is going to get a mortgage or remorgage.please use a local broker.

Courtney Purcell Louise, tells me we have to be put in touch with a special team called impact finance, as she told us my Mrs had bad Credit rating which was a bit odd too me , checked up with Experian and found out that she had top score of 999 handed this evidence back to Courtney, only to be given an email with Impact number again, very un professional company who do not do full necessary checks instead of embarrassing their customers. Hey guys use L & C Mortgages absolutely great people with many suitable mortgages.

I was looking for a straight forward and hassle free way to remortgage and found Trussle via a Google Search, so thought I'd put my details in and give them a try. I got a very fast reply and favourable suggested mortgage illustration which I followed up. Within two weeks I had an agreed mortgage offer and everything went through very smoothly. The urban legend of stressful house-buying has been crushed by using Trussle- it was easy, efficient and we felt supported every step of the way. If you don't like dealing with incompetent brokers who send your financial information on email or expect you to attach personal documents (in the hope that it is kept safe), or have to chase countless times to get a simple answer then use TRUSSLE! It's online, transparent, and genuinely the easiest thing to do...even for first time buyers like us!

Started well but after one lender wouldnt accept us, they no longer seemed interested. The application process with the second lender was horrendous, took days for Trussle just to respond to emails and then kept asking for information I had already sent to them.

Friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble in finding the best mortgage to suit you.

From start to finish Trussle were excelllent. I was kept informed throughout my application and they are so professional. The solicitors recommended to me were also fantastic. All in all a straight forward transaction and great customer service!

Got me a great deal with Halifax, much better than what I was offered from them directly. Being a first time buyer I was a bit of a panicker and had loads of questions but both Daniel and Ryan who I dealt with were incredibly helpful. Daniel was even replying to emails from me at all sorts of ungodly hours as if the guy doesn't even sleep... what a legend! Recommended a good solicitor for me too. The process on their website makes the whole thing a breeze as well. Wouldn't even consider going anywhere else next time. Nice one lads!

The best experience I have had so far! Both the advisor and case manager were great throughout the process. Miss Li was very polite, professional and reacted positively to all my questions. My application was straightforward and completed within a month. Very pleased and highly recommend!

I was expecting so much more reading the reviews. Trussle came highly recommended online and I was excited to buy my first property via their pretty website. Unfortunately, I found the website difficult to use and even worse, the advisor I was assigned was extremely unresponsive. In fact, over a month later, I have not received a response to my last email. The advisor had offered me a 2.99% mortgage, but thankfully I had arranged a meeting direct with my bank which secured me a rate of 2.4%. I'm so glad I went direct - the bank were much more responsive direct and when I let Trussle know of this better deal direct I got ghosted by them. I think they take advantage of the fact first time buyers often don't feel comfortable doing things direct with the bank, and Trussle don't bother to make any effort as they have their shiny website (which isn't even very functional) as bait to trap the FTB in so they can make their money.

Couldn't have asked for a better service especially given that I was a first time buyer with very little understanding of what to expect. Ushma made my life super easy and was always on hand to answer any questions no matter how basic they were.

I'd highly recommend Trussle to anyone out there looking for a mortgage.

Initially it all looked very positive and professional but after several emails and a multitude of documentation, Trussle decided they could not proceed with my application and they were not willing to explain why. I It felt cheated because I was honest and provided everything they asked for and the minimum I would expect would be an explanation for why they could not continue with my application. It may work for some people but my experience was not a good one and I would not recommend their services. There are better ones around.

They did such a good job on our purchase mortgage that we remortgaged with them too

I went through a process of giving loads of information over a 3 week period, including paying my accountant for information they requested.

After the whole process the girl I was dealing with left the company, and the new advisor told me she had made a mistake on the deposit amount and the rate had also changed.

Quite unprofessional and I ve gone back to my bank who are are more upfront and reliable.

Not impressive at all.
I spent quite some time completing information for a retirement interest only mortgage. The response was a bog standard non-specific request to to exactly the same again! I just sense these guys are pretty basic and deal with your standard mortgage. Anything different perhaps best to go elsewhere. They could at least read the information you submit before replying with completely irrelevant emails!

We recently used Trussle to purchase our first home and we couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received! Daniel & Jeyda made the whole process simple and stress free - as 2 people in their early 20's we've never been too clued up on mortgages, but something that we thought would be really daunting and confusing turned out to be a walk in the park! All we had to do was inform Daniel of a few personal details along with income & outgoings and he took it from there. 5***
