Not impressive at all.
I spent quite some time completing information for a retirement interest only mortgage. The response was a bog standard non-specific request to to exactly the same again! I just sense these guys are pretty basic and deal with your standard mortgage. Anything different perhaps best to go elsewhere. They could at least read the information you submit before replying with completely irrelevant emails!
