After a re-mortgage is approved they simply don t get involved in chasing up the new mortgage lender to complete everything and not do they give regular updates. Given the amount of time I spent so far doing the chasing the new lender and still am, this broker gives me no value add and I won t be recommending them until they ensure my re-mortgage is fully completed on time.
Update: the mortgage completion was significantly delayed and mortgage was completed with the wrong term due to mistake by this broker so my overall review stays the same.
