It was quite a labour to do all the Trussle input. They asked for more information than Habito , And they did not ask key information. To be honest, their system was not geared to customers like me. But I did get a sense that there were real people involved, whereas in Habito, it seemed 100% AI driven.
What killed it for me was they kept sending emails asking for more information, information I had already supplied. I kept asking to phone me, and then they replied with another email. This failure to make contact earns a nul point . So I am not confident that they could handle what is a very expensive and sensitive matter buying a property. And it was not as if I were asking for a huge amount of money.
(p.s. And I m not the kind of reviewer that relishes giving 1 star.
