I went through a process of giving loads of information over a 3 week period, including paying my accountant for information they requested.

After the whole process the girl I was dealing with left the company, and the new advisor told me she had made a mistake on the deposit amount and the rate had also changed.

Quite unprofessional and I ve gone back to my bank who are are more upfront and reliable.
