The problem with any of these online brokers is you don't see the deals and go through the true cost. It may be quick to get some initial figures but you still have to do a load of form filling. Ultimately whichever way you go the lenders need certain paperwork and people are deluded to think otherwise. A face to face broker will spend the time far more cost effectively doing this all for you plus provide ongoing support to completion of the property purchase.. All these so called savvy guys forget they are buying a property not a mortgage debt and if you cut corners you get you what you deserve.
