They were great four years ago but in the last two years the support has become unacceptable. They can t seem to fix issues with the old mini , and I m my third one .
They are aware of these issues with the old style but after two years of major problems and countless hours on the phone with support nothing has been resolved.
If they wanted to show good customer support they should offer the newer version for free .
They added new services to the Bolt which caused problems and they have been working on it since November 22nd of this year , approaching one month so far.
It s really ashamed to see them sink so low .

Customer service is one of the worse I have seen. It use to be one of the best but that was before they switch hands. Perhaps the new president will address their issue.

I have to say that there customer service is horrible. I called to ask a few questions and got a total run around. Was told that a supervisor would be right with me. And they stated this to me with the persons name at least a 1/2 a dozen times. And after a 1/2 hour I was still waiting..

IT is sad because we really like there products, but again there customer service really needs some attention....

WHEN you pay the money that you pay for a Tivo and for the service plans, or the life time membership, YOU would think that they would take the time to care about there customers...

HMMM I am thinking about going through my cable provider and see what they charge for a DVR system..

SAD we have purchased Tivo's for years not only for our home but for family and friends as well..

I HOPE that Tivo take the time to realize that they need to spend just as much time, assisting there customers as they do creating and marketing new products.

TiVo product's are definitely a must have for any TV owner. Their DVRs are top of the line and definitely makes TV watching a lot more enjoyable and even more convenient! Most of my friends ditched their cable provider sub par DVRs and replaced it with the new TiVo BOLT with extreme satisfaction.

Great products but the WORST Customer Service. Used to be US based but since moving off shore has gone downhill. My Romeio cable card reader died so I ordered a new Bolt and paid upfront rather then wait for the exchange to happen shipping old one back first. Rep Emanual has been unable to "process" my shipping address for over a week now. Rather then calling me to verify they do nothing. FedX delivers to me all day but Tivo can't "process or verify" my address....5 years ago they shipped me a Romeio and 2 Minis no prob...now they are incapable of doing it again.

Products are simple, service is excellent. Top notch techs happy to walk you through anything you need, and amazing customer service agents (which I rarely run across) that go above & beyond EVERY time! I've owned several boxes and they were all wonderful. I'll never go back to cable, we are HAPPY cord cutters :)

Going on my fourth Tivo Bolt + in four months. Always an issue with the cablecard slot (per Tivo support). Have used Tivo for 10 years now but can no longer recommend.

Great product. I want to support it so that not everything in the world is Comcast. But I called Tivo twice this morning for much needed tech support and got a recording, "I'm sorry, but your call cannot be completed at this time. Please call back." This does not make for customer loyalty.
