I want to thank Nick Christie 4 picking up the ball where others left off. He was diligent with the calls to providers as well as keeping me informed. Unfortunately, the sub contracted providers refuse to negotiate other than payment plans even though they have been substantially compensated by insurance. The hospital was extremely cooperative 2 discount according to my income. Thanks again Nick Christie 4 your diligent efforts

I was excited to get help with a confusing medical billing problem but all they did was relay a discount-if-immediate-pay-in-full offer. No good. I thought they were going to help get my insurance co (Cigna) to cover what they should and/or get the hospital to fix a coding error but all they did (after 6 or 8 weeks wait) was pitch me a bit of a discount from the hospital to pay in full. They did nothing to help me deal with the insurance company. NOT HELPFUL.

The advocates at the Karis Group have help us twice now obtain additional discounts off of our medical bills that we would have otherwise never known about. Highly recommend their services.

On November 2019 I contact The Karis Group Insurance after I received a multiple bills from two separate hospitals. The total bill was over than $30,000.
I ve been helped by a representative that name Brandy Rodriguez.
Brandy is so professional and very knowledgeable!
Thanks to her I almost Cleared the whole due balance of this Ridiculous bills. In final I payed a bit more then 2000$.
Brandi you are the best. I definitely would recommend for any person that need help regarding bills and situations like that to use the Karis group and especially Miss Rodriguez.

They don't do anything that you can't do yourself. They also don't respond to any form of communication to them. My bill now went to collections because of them. Avoid them at all costs.

Karis has been amazingly helpful with negotiating my medical bills. I worked with Justine specifically and she was incredible. In the end I got my 50,000 medical bill reduced to about 1,000$. I can t explain the relief I felt when Justine told me. Highly highly recommend this great group of people!

Rarely do you encounter customer service on this level. The two people I worked with, Cindy Putnam and Patrick Gaul were quick to return messages and phone calls from the outset of our encounter. This has got to be the hardest company to deal with I ve ever come across. They COMPLETELY dropped the ball on negotiating my bills. I could have saved time and done it myself. Now all of my bills are in collections and my credit has taken a major hit. Do you think The Karis Group cares?! No. But it wouldn t know either way because I can t get anyone on the phone. I wouldn t recommend this company to anyone. They are awful.

I began working with Brianda as my initial contact with Karis for my bill negotiation and then Brianda explained that she would then hand off what I had submitted to the next step which happened to be Juan. Both she and
Juan were excellent communicators and Juan was able to get my bills mediated down to a reasonable amount which I settled with.
I cannot say anything but wonderful things about their professionalism and diligence.

As of today I am paid in full because of working with the Karis Group. They were so helpful walking me through what I needed to do. Understanding the next step what to do next. In the end they helped me get 75% off my bill. I feel like I can breath again. I was working with Joseph he listen and let me talk.

These guys are magic. I don't understand how they do what they do and, honestly, I don't even really understand how they do it. But they get results!
