This is Claudia Peters, using Tom's google account. My husband Tom passed away March 15th. I am a retired RN, primarily working acute care and home health for over 35 yrs. I have been working with Juan from the Karis Group since April 25th. Prior to that I worked with Claudia Aguilar, and often felt that she did not communicate, read the emails and know exactly what was going on. I must say that Juan has been much better keeping me informed and is on top of everything. He calls and updates weekly and is always very pleasant, positive and professional. He has been a pleasure to work with! He is amazing! He accomplished a lot with his timely followups on medical bills. I cannot thank him enough for all of his help.
