This has got to be the hardest company to deal with I ve ever come across. They COMPLETELY dropped the ball on negotiating my bills. I could have saved time and done it myself. Now all of my bills are in collections and my credit has taken a major hit. Do you think The Karis Group cares?! No. But it wouldn t know either way because I can t get anyone on the phone. I wouldn t recommend this company to anyone. They are awful.
