I began working with Brianda as my initial contact with Karis for my bill negotiation and then Brianda explained that she would then hand off what I had submitted to the next step which happened to be Juan. Both she and
Juan were excellent communicators and Juan was able to get my bills mediated down to a reasonable amount which I settled with.
I cannot say anything but wonderful things about their professionalism and diligence.
