I was excited to get help with a confusing medic...
I was excited to get help with a confusing medical billing problem but all they did was relay a discount-if-immediate-pay-in-full offer. No good. I thought they were going to help get my insurance co (Cigna) to cover what they should and/or get the hospital to fix a coding error but all they did (after 6 or 8 weeks wait) was pitch me a bit of a discount from the hospital to pay in full. They did nothing to help me deal with the insurance company. NOT HELPFUL.
