I want to thank Nick Christie 4 picking up the ball where others left off. He was diligent with the calls to providers as well as keeping me informed. Unfortunately, the sub contracted providers refuse to negotiate other than payment plans even though they have been substantially compensated by insurance. The hospital was extremely cooperative 2 discount according to my income. Thanks again Nick Christie 4 your diligent efforts
