Not one to criticise other businesses but these guys are just unbearable. 9 phone calls to try and place an order to be told my account isn't important enough to re-open and unless i spend a certain amount yearly they are not interested. I'm just glad I don't run my business like they do other wise...

The new Alter/Native bodycare range is excellent, the gift sets make great presents. The activated charcoal bar is a personal favourite along with the shaving bar, which foams up brilliantly for a smooth and comfortable shave. The whole range is great and smells wonderful.
The lovely team at Suma bailed me out when another supplier let me down. I managed to get the products I needed on an overnight delivery to Cornwall which saved the day.
