Rude and quite condescending staff. You just get the feeling no one working there is in the slightest bit happy and sticks to the letter with their roles. No sense of urgency or empathy what so ever. Terrible! Low skilled staff. When I come to pick up my deliveries - they usually say they can't find the package. Then I insist and eventually they find them. This story repeats every time I go to pick up my parcels.
