This is the worst experience I have ever had as customer. Customer service so bad you'd think they are getting a kick out of it. Suitcase lost in transit to UK full of sentimental items. They just dont care, refuse to help me track parcel, wont even pay refund into my Australia account and now dont reply to emails. Judging by all the other reviews I should not be surprised, my fault for not researching them before, will never receive a cent from me again.

P.S only ever reviewed for good reasons until now
