Ive been expecting 2 delivery orders for over a week.
The same suppliers have different locations so have sent in more parcels and also used different couriers.

Received the first 3 lots in a go the first day from Australia Post, no issues they came all the way up to my unit door.
Other couriers delivered on time, no issues.

Im expecting the final 3 parcels and for all 3 of them I've received alerts in the morning notifying that the parcel is coming on the day and asking me to confirm if we'll be home.
I've indicated that we are.
Later in the day I track my parcel online and I see that delivery was attempted but couldn't access the building.
The delivery guys, if they ever came to my place (which I highly doubt at this point) didn't buzz and didn't leave a note in my letterbox.

I called the customer service staff and didn't really give me an option, they just said.. "we can't organize a new delivery, you can send someone on your behalf"

Never asked for a "new" delivery, I just wanted my parcels to be delivered in the first place.

This is very frustrating.

I've paid for a service ( which was also quite expensive) and it wasn't offered to me.

The reason why I asked for these goods to be delivered, is because I can't leave the house so I can't go and collect them at the post office.

I understand the circumstances and I know you're all busy, at least have the decency to be honest and say that there are issues and you can't provide the expected service.
