Best laptop service ever. I sent them a small video showing my problem to ask if they can fix it. They confirmed and - thinking ahead - they ordered the spare parts. When I brought the laptop a few days later, it was repaired within the hour. Outstanding! Thank you very much.

They have proven to be unprofessional and playful towards their clients. I sent the laptop into service with a problem on the graphics card, nothing else. It came back in 5 days, but with an unchanged graphics card and a new (broken) motherboard. So I got a worse laptop than I was before
