I sent an Acer Nitro 5 laptop under warranty to them, a laptop that wasn't even 1 year old yet, they asked me for money to do some things that any other service solves under warranty (eg cleaning fans). From what I read on the net anyway, this laptop is one with problems from the start, so you would expect them to know these aspects. Either it's the above problem, from Acer, or it's the service problem and it's unprepared and impertinent. I will run away from them as much as I can from now on.
