Worst service. I had problems with the laptop twice .. once it was the defective motherboard as they say and it would have been replaced. One more hard, the next intervention at the same laptop all the defective hardware and it replaced (only in documents). After everything they did .. after the warranty expired, I wanted to upgrade myself to SSD, after unpacking the laptop I noticed that 3 of the screws did not catch at all because they were too tight and broke the place where they screwed , and all the points of support of the screen were cracked.
Ps .. lack of professionalism.
