I had an Acer E5-575 laptop shipped with warranty for keyboard issues (some keys were gone). I received it back in 3 days with a new keyboard, very nice and elegant! I am impressed by their services! I didn't expect everything to be solved so quickly and easily (usually things get tough when it comes to guarantees). He deserves the title of Acer official partner.
