Very cool store in Seattle. Parking was easy, and free if less than one hour. Friendly staff and amazing selection.
Very cool store in Seattle. Parking was easy, and free if less than one hour. Friendly staff and amazing selection.
It's the flagship store, so of course the selection is pretty expansive. Staff were very friendly and helpful in selecting the right gear.
Love this REI. Always a great selection, friendly staff, and not too much of a wait to check out.
REI is a for-profit corporation, not a political medium. Get out of the gun debate and don't punish manufacturers if they take a neutral stance on guns ... they make backpacks and camping gear, not political opinions that have to align with their distributors!
I spend a lot of money at REI, but I...
We purchased a tandem kayak, the sales staff at REI was very knowledgeable.
Nice store where you can find almost everything for activities, but a little pricey.
Apparently if you want to "go outside" as they put it, you have to be a billionaire. Everything at REI is prohibitively expensive.
Stocks were not in largely, but I am sympathetic to the times...
Three hours free customer parking on the weekend gives you sufficient time to shop! I can easily spend the whole afternoon in this great outdoor store though.
Really neat store to visit even as a tourist if you aren't planning to buy anything. There is a climbing wall to test climbing great and a track to trial mountain bikes.
Great items, all very well built and sturdy, but just a little pricey
I bought a MTB and they gave me good advice besides that I could try it and I had the option of returning it in case I didn't like it. Everyone who attended me was very kind and patient. Especially why there were several problems to locate my order. In addition the price of the Bike was very good.
No instructions where to pick up online order, lost 45min going around the store to get information.
Amazing service! Tsetoh (sorry if i spell it incorrectly) spent 1.5 hours helping me to find the best hiking shoes to fit my strange feet (women size 11, so it s long but also thin and flat), I tried like 6 pairs of shoes based on his profession suggestions. HE IS JUST AWESOME!
Rude people. My mask slipped down and they attacked me and told me that costumers done matter , employees matter . Don t go here if you want to have an enjoyable experience.
Great selection of outdoor gear and lifestyle clothing. Very friendly and helpful staff. May come up a little short for extremely specific gear, but covers all the bases well for outfitting.
Does what it does best. A whole host of outdoor and camping gear. Also biking, climbing, etc... I liked it.
Love this store. It's so big. Lots of helpful staff. And the garden at the entrance us beautiful
I visited the REI Seattle store today and feel so inclined to write a review. I love this store. I was assisted in the shoe department by Patrick who was incredible in helping me purchase the perfect shoe for my next hiking adventure. I then went to the cycling department where I was greeted by Mike...
Excellent customer service. Bought an Osprey Farpoint backpack and all my questions we're answered. Very happy with REI.
What more is there to say that hasn't already been written. This store is a wonderland for outdoor enthusiasts. I don't know how many times I've gone in to get something real quick and an hour and then two hours go by. I wish I had more money but I'd lose it all by spending it here.
Great flag ship store, best quality outdoor gear with lots of selections. Friendly staff and really helpful with the right knowledge. They also have rental tents and other camping gear if you don't need to buy them. Their mountain bike test track is pretty epic as well.
Love the merchandise. Initially, had to beg for help, as 3 sales associates we're busy conversing. After having one fail to help us,we were approached by another associate, and he was awesome. He found an item, the first associate said was out of stock, and then provided great information and ass...
I always love REI and the the people who work there. My experience here recently was awesome! I did curbside pickup up for a dog vest that is supposed to help them cool down it hot wheather, I looked at it and was thinking It might be too big for my dog so I went inside the store to make an exchange...
Amazing products and amazing people support REI all the way!!!
Ranger station inside REI is very accommodating. They have an impressive range of products. I can always count on REI to get our family outdoors and living!
This flagship store sets standards for customer service, presentation/display and sustainable awareness for all wanderlusters! The Jansport ...
It's basically Toys-R-Us for grown-ups. Top notch equipment that the company stands behind. If you don't like something for any reason, you can return it for a full refund.
Don't ever go there! This place is really hazardous to your wallet. Too much good stuff in one place.
Best response I've seen from a company in handling the pandemic. All the employees have positive, upbeat attitudes, but it is clear that they have strict safety guidelines to maintain. Lines move quickly, keeping your distance from people is easy, and counters are wiped after each customer. Special ...
Very knowledgeable staff. Great quality on a majority of their products. Can be a bit spendy
For great outdoorsy type person. From hiking to biking to mountaineering they have everything you need.
Wow...customer service here is awesome. I passed about 6 employees and each greeted me and asked if i needed help
The Issaquah location should take training here on customer service. Also...i want everything lol
Went to buy a bike. No acknowledgment, no assistance, no sale.
Omg! I ve heard legends about the REI locations on the west coast but I never believed em. After seeing one for myself, all I can say is Holy Granola Bars Batman! The shopping area at this location is two stories tall and has a HUGE amount of floor space compared to the pitiful REI in my hometown...
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Beautiful location with a test out bike trail, a walking path, a waterfall and a climbing wall. Everything you'd want and come to expect from a quality brand.
I want to give a shout out to a REI employee named Gregg. I visited REI yesterday, seeking a hiking backpack. I'm a frugal shopper so of course my first stop was the clearance section. I found the perfect backpack that was hanging on the rack under a sale tag (along with other backpacks that looked ...
Really great selection of outdoor equipment! keep in mind the stuff sold in the store is not always the best deal but since they have so many things it is a great place to get a sense of what equipment is in the market.
Impressive place, good store and service, price a little expensive
Store return / exchange for item. Customer service representative unable to locate item purchase on membership. Store employee looked up another purchase, same item, with another member, issued refund. ??
Wallet stolen with backpack. Membership card and merchandise credit from return / refund w...
Beautiful building packed with everything an outdoor athlete, camper, whatever, could possibly need--including (I kid you not) Birkenstock-style wedges for the hiker who needs some fancy shoes for an evening out. The staff is courteous and helpful, and I love the indoor waterfall.
Great place for all your outdoor needs. Big space with food options and an indoor climbing wall
Great store for outdoor recreation. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff to help you make a decision. The return policy is fantastic and being a member gets you money back every year. Highly recommended for getting outdoor gear that you can touch and use before buying. It's a huge store and you can ...
I like to go in here and look around at all the interesting equipment. I would like to buy more things here, but its so expensive it takes the wind out of my sails.
This REI is by far the best around. I had a friend in need and we were not sure what he needed for his few days on the streets but the manager Jeff helped us out by suggesting just the right stuff and not just being a sales rep. Jeff was knowledgeable and straight up on products that would work for ...
I tend to like more violent outdoor activities like hunting and fishing but this flagship REI store is full of a lot of cool outdoor gear. The staff is super helpful and friendly and the selection is quite amazing. The only downside is the cost. This place is not cheap but you get what you pay for a...
I really like REI, so much so that it is one of the only retail brick and mortar stores that I visit. They have because a great selection of all kinds of gear and their staff is extremely helpful.
If you are visiting Seattle, the REI Flagship is a must see even if you don't intend to buy anything. The trails, waterfall, log cabin-like architecture, climbing wall, etc are all very impressive and sites to be seen. Also the customer service their never fails to impress.
Great selection of ski gear and modern layers. My favorite shop in seattle
I went here to do some major shopping for a trip that I have coming up. After quite a while of serious decision making, I checked out and left. I was minutes over the line between two and three hours, and ended up getting bumped up from $2 parking to $15 parking. It felt like a big "f*** you" on my ...
It's huge! Multi-levels, outdoor waterfall and bike testing coarse.
The customer experience is always superb here. Everyone is highly knowledgeable about their department. I recommend asking questions here.
Love this place, I always try to provide them with my business. A very close friend of mine was employed by them for many years. The company culture extends through the practices of treating their employees with great respect and that is evident in the care I receive with all of their staff.
There is too much to rate here... Service 5stars quality 5 stars replacement parts.... Well?! I am of the firm belief that if you sell a product for backcountry use by a premier manufacturer, it demands that you should throw away your corporate playbook for maximizing profits straight out of the Har...
Large outdoor apparel store with outdoor equipment also
Came in to find mountaineering boots and ask about my very well-worn hiking boots and was floored by how amazing the service was! Delsey (?) answered all of my boot related questions and was such a pleasure to chat with and Krystal helped with a somewhat convoluted checkout and helped us get our sal...
Haven't bought anything from them but keep getting really annoying alerts from Rei sent to my phone. Be nice if I could block them since I have not visited, bought or ven signed up for anything from them.
Huge selection and great staff.. Found what I needed and liked
Flagship. Beautiful. Go here. You'll find what you want.
Helpful staff, warm and inviting shopping space, great products!
So much choice, great facilities and great 1 hour free parking!
Great selection. I came in asking about an online sleeping pad and they didn't have it, that was frustrating. The staff is not very helpful during the weekends.
There's nothing like visiting the flagship store. The outside is incredible with short hiking trails thru lush forests and a path to try a mountain bike out. From the minute you get out of your car you can hear the waterfall. Such a cool place!
Massive interior with anything an outdoorsy person could ever imagine! There is also an outdoor bike trail to test bikes on before you buy them!
Very busy place for buying a bike on Sunday. Friendly staff always ready to help. Good selection of bicycle gear in general
Massive store with rock climbing tower, bike/hiker trails and everything else you could need.
Epic rei truly the best one. Two stories of awesome
Biggest REI I have ever been to, they have everything you could want for the outdoors. There are always people (customers and employees) around more than willing to help you out with anything. The atmosphere is awesome, both inside and out. Quality selection, quality gear, great people, awesome loca...
