Given that I am very demanding when it comes to pasta and I am always looking for excellent products, I must admit that, although I know the good quality of Molise in general, I have never tasted a better product.Exceptional resistance to cooking, it is impossible to overcook it, in addition to a unique taste.The optimal texture under the teeth and very important thing, keeping the seasoning.Unfortunately it is not easy to find and when it is also found, the assortment is limited to very few formats. I would be curious to know if at the pasta factory in Campobasso there is a company outlet, or the possibility of procurement at another sales point. I wanted to release this review because the efforts that a company produces, to obtain products of true excellence, they must be recognized and rewarded.

Nice pasta factory, one of the few realities here in CAMPOBASSO. Always attentive to cleanliness and quality, efficient maintenance, very professional. If I were to recommend a pasta, La Molisana is certainly among the best.

This is not simply a pasta, but the story of a family that has always selected and grinds only fine grains and from Molise. A strong increase has occurred on turnover; it was multiplied x6. Well the other pastes were found to have high percentages of Cadmium and DON (mycotoxin) very harmful to humans. While Molise was the only pasta with the presence of very low Cadmium and that is 0.035 and DON 0.033. DON is a toxic compound produced by some mushrooms in particular environmental conditions. When the temperature and humidity are favorable, this mushroom can produce mycotoxins. It occurs in Canada and in all those wetlands above the 45 * parallel, where there are no natural conditions for the cultivation of durum wheat, in fact this mycotoxin enters the supply chain through contaminated wheat coming from abroad. Cadmium is toxic to the kidneys. So we must understand that the MOLISANA family are conscious people who deserve praise from all well-thought citizens. We make our choice in the shop.
