This was the most wonderful and friendly great experience I've had in a very long time. Julie was an exceptional bartender and I had a great time! Couldn't have been better service!

We had a party there and the coordinator was great to work with. The facility is aging and the rooms are ok. The kids swam and had plenty of room to play other games. We will be back but I hope they start to update soon.
The front desk clerk was mean and rude and had me under a lamp light drilling me with questions like an officer drills a suspect
Julie was a great bartender we had a great time. We will definitely be back again.
No voicemail set up and they rarely answer the phone. They're also marked as pet friendly and sent me an email saying a pet was ok but then after my 4th phone call to get another person's name on the room, they said the dog wasn't allowed.
I liked the breakfast and the pool was in the middle so you could see it from the room
Beds are comfy, shower had great water pressure and was hot, and staff is friendly. Room was kinda dusty and worn but for the price of under $50/night, u can't really complain. Breakfast included too
Terrible. Found a Cheeto puff and a fruit snack under the bed in visible sight. There was a staircase which was completely soaked-found out it was from leaks in the ceiling. The set up of the hotel was nice-but the hotel wasn t nice. Food was horrible. The toasters stopped working and that was the only thing I needed to use. They sourced breakfast like they have never done it before. Terrible.
Place is in much need of repair. Sheets in room were stained, pool was ice cold, roof leaked. Some of staff was not very polite. Use to be a top notch hotel, but now would not recommend this one to anybody. In serious need of renovations or even torn down and start over
No toilet paper. hardly any towels, no towels in swimming area, no coffee in room next to coffee pot. Phone was broken, a huge amount of dust on the floorboards, Indifferent staff at night. Leaky roof. Continental breakfast was shut down before 9 am.
we found rodent poop in our hotel beds and the staff was not friendly whatsoever.
Do not stay here. Only one towel per room. Stains on linens. Terrible front desk clerk. Rooms are dirty. Rooms smell.
The staff is great. There room service is great. And the food and beverage is top notch.
This place has seen better days. Unfortunately when I booked it I had not checked the date of the reviews apparently it had a change of owners. Room was disgusting and bathroom was filthy.
The water in the pool was too cold to stay. We have young kids so the pool was an important part! I didn't even try to put my littlest in the pool because she would.be too cold.
We had 5 people and only had 3 pillows. When I asked for more I got, maybe, if we have that many...but we did get more pillows.
I was also pretty annoyed at how hard it was to book the room. We were with a wedding party and were told to call to make a reservation I called at least 5 times, noone knew how to take my reservation. Then I finally got through to someone , I made the reservation. But I did see later the room was available cheeper online. When I arrived the front desk gentleman was talking with an employee and made me wait for quite a while before acknowledging my presence. It probably annoyed me more since I had already had such a poor experience booking the room . Once he waited on me, he was friendly.
The stay was fine, but I wasn't impressed overall.
Great place. Even has room for family gatherings and a pool...love it
From the outside it doesn't even look open.
Hallways need light bulbs. Building has seen better days . The plants are sad to live there.
Had to call house keeping within 5 minutes of checking into our room. Found a pair of mens underwear behind the bathroom door and 2 bars of used soap in the shower. Room was not the best but for one night did okay. Had a free breakfast, just your normal sausage, eggs, cereal and package Danish. Pool seemed little dirty also
Very outdated and the carpet and furniture are very worn. The couch in our suite was full of stains. The place smelled moldy. According to their website, there was free breakfast. There was no free breakfast when we were there.
It was bad thing's where rotten it was leaking everywhere if you are staying you should go to a different hotel
They treat customers in a very bad way.
Their salutation was "I DO NOT SPEAK SPANISH".. so I just thought that the reservation was already paid and don't moved away.
If you are latin just avoid this place.
I was supposed to go to Nashville for my birthday, unforseen circumstances kept us here in Cedar Falls, the staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, Julie at the bar made my birthday spectacular, rooms are clean and nice, front desk help made sure I got a room that suited my needs, I'll definitely be back
Actually found a cockroach in my room. I called the health department. I was able to Videotaped it coming out of my refrigerator area and management told me it came in from the cold. I tried to download the video on here but it came back as a error. I half killed it on the tv stand. The reason I say half is because 33 seconds in the video it s legs started moving fast. I killed the front half lol! They were closed down for seven days after the health department came in so that goes to tell me that they found something And three months later they change their name
One star is a stretch for this dump. Wall paper is falling down. Paint is coming off. Bedding is stained. Cards never worked. A/C didn't work and it was a very hot weekend (upper 90s). Asked for extra towels, they said they were out. Staff is very rude. When we asked about the cards and A/C, they made it sound like we were dumb. Breakfast bar was completely empty by 730. You think you are getting a great deal by the pictures and front walk way, but it all turns to garbage 5 steps passed the front door. Don't stay here! Spend a little more next door at the Days Inn.
My family n I rented a banquet room for our Family Christmas on Christmas Eve it was set up beautifully also decorated very festive. Robin was an amazing person to work with did a great job on the room ... I would rent the space for all my family events ... We also had 3 hotel rooms that were clean n comfortable n we my mom was able to have her pet with a pet fee
Found bedbug in room on bed. We were given another room, but made the choice of not staying at all. Apparently they have had issues with bedbugs as employee said. Employees were nice but this makes me never want to stay in a hotel.
The ceiling was leaking everywhere front desk staff didn t put down anything to clean water up. Breakfast was cold and not good! Beds were ok. Pay a little more and go somewhere else !
Our room had dirty towels when we went in, and the bedspread looked disgusting.
Kinda an older building, but nice for Its age, and the staff are above and beyond amazing! Julie and Charity are some of the best staff I ve had the pleasure of coming into contact with during my stay, they made sure I felt like I was at home... I ll definitely be back!
This place was highly shady, there are stains all over the walls and beds and personally our shower and toilet didn't work. I will not be staying again
Floor was dirty, not vacuumed. After walking on the floor, dragged dirt into the bed with me. Found a goldfish cracker under one bed, and a sock from a former guest under the other. Bathroom floor was gross. They definitely have a water leakage problem in this hotel. Bathroom walls were patched and painted. There were buckets and bus tubs all through the halls to catch leaking water. Not cool to have to try and steer luggage carts around water filled buckets.
we ve been staying here for a little over a month (house hunting) and we ve enjoyed our stay. Everyone has been super understanding and accommodating. We even made a few friends here, just a great team. They serve free breakfast every More
Place is awesome. Bartenders know what you want. Love this place.
Not bad, but the room I got wasn't completely prepared. The room was clean except for the refrigerator not being emptied. I presume it was more an exception than the rule.
Hotel was better than expected for the price, bartenders were very friendly and personable, food was delicious, even if I wasn't staying at the hotel I would come here for food and cocktails
First night, in the middle of the night, a teenager began SCREAMING and crying hysterically on a floor somewhere above us. Other people in the hotel actually began yelling out their room doors to SHUT UP. Even before that, we thought the hotel was noisy with the pool in the middle of the building... well wait to the second night when there was a wedding reception and we could hear guests talking and loud music in our room all evening, past our bedtime. Went to call guest services... the phone in our room was not even hooked up to a phone line. Hair in the bathroom. I stayed here when it was Clarion, prior to becoming "Lifestyles Inn," and it is NOT the same. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Really disappointed that this affordable option is so poorly managed now and attracts such unruly guests-- which they allow to be disruptive to others.
nice pool for kids to play in while offering full bar and restaurant menu at great price for nite stay
A little biased manager said he would contact me and didn't, otherwise polite people when having face to face conversation.
Dirty. No washclothes. Overflowing trash in lobby & outside
Its really nice that even during this epademic people can still be personal and still mantain there distance .....it's a bigger place than I originally expected the pool is super nice........ I gave it a 5 cuz it exceeded my expectations and just dont have any complaints.... Would come back anytime
Great hotel for the money. They are remodeling. They have a pool
Bartender Robin was very lovely. Pool was very cold and breakfast had 2 ladies working it who didn t keep everything well stocked and were yelling around the whole time. My room was decent but bathroom did have hair on the floor. Also water was all over the floor around the Hotel. Front desk staff wasn t very welcoming. I d come again if I absolutely had too but this would be last resort! So sad place has really went down from when My friend General Manager Neil left.
Amenities were available but roof leaked and locked rarely opened with a key
Probably the worst place I ve ever stayed. Wifi don t work, stains all over, some workers rude, over priced, Tv also didn t work
Scuff marks on the wall, toilet paper holder barely stayed in the wall. Pool so heavily chlorinated that it made it hard on my asthma and allergies. Mattress was great, pillows soft.
Beds were very small and gross looking pool was only open till 9 so never got to use it and the ac in our room barley worked
Breakfast was decent. Room was filthy and had to move to a new room which wasn't much better. I wouldn't go back.
our room had rodent poop in the sheets and there was no one at the front desk to complain about to, so we had to sleep on chairs and tables. next morning, breakfast was terrible.
