Really friendly vets. I know they may not be the "cheapest" but they are certainly the best value if you want the best for your pet. The vets and receptionists have always gone out of their way to ensure we don't pay over the odds for our treatment.

I sent an email to Orwell Vets to request some more tablets for our dog and they replied quickly, saying when the tablets would be ready. I had to drive to the Vets Hospital in Kesgrave to collect the tablets with a non contact pick up system in the car park.

Orwell Vets are excellent. From the friendly welcome from the receptionists to the excellent service from the vets, I cannot fault them. All of the staff genuinely care about the animals they see, no problem is too small or too big, I would never trust my animals with anyone else.
